-What should I do to start the return?
Before taking any actions, please kindly contact with us for detailed and personalized return plan to avoid any disputes caused by unexpected returns.

-How long after purchase can I still return the product?
Qualified returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery date. Once your return has been approved
Wigs and clothing may be returned ,will be subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee based on the condition the wig is returned to us in. In addition, restocking fees may be applied due to frequency of returns.
Wig returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached, and the wig hasn't been restyled or cut and shows no signs of wear, other than try on.
Your return may be subject to rejection if:
- Garbage & used wig caps are sent back in return
- Tag is not attached
- Strong odor or perfume
- Clear signs of wear
*Sales or special holiday collections are not eligible for return. This includes all LAST CHANCE and any sale or discounted wigs or promos*
-Should I pay for the return shipping & how much does it cost?
The return postage depends on the shipping distributor you choose. You can consult with your local post office for detailed charge.
We offer free return if any quality issue with the product, in which case the return receipts should be kept well as proof of reimbursement.
The return postage will be covered by customer if the return is raised solely due to unsuitable color or style, or other reasons not related to product quality.
-Can I exchange my item?
We suggest customers to obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and returning the original one for a refund, as the exchanged item will only be sent out after the returned goods well received.
-When will I get my refund?
After you posted out the goods you mean to return, please kindly feedback the tracking information to us via email jbextension@jbextension.com so that we can track it down.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days after the goods arrived and condition checked, if you haven't got your refund passing the time frame, pls feel free to contact us.
-Where should I send back the products to?
Hereby our returning addresses & you can pick whichever to return the goods.
